Cleaning Inspections

Cleanliness is critical, which is why we employ four full-time cleaning inspectors. These professionals, with extensive experience cleaning our properties, meticulously review each home after cleaning and before guest check-in. This dual-layer inspection process ensures the highest standard of cleanliness, with minimal room for error.

Communication

We are local. You will have the direct cell phone number of a person on our team. This person will know your property inside and out. You will be able to get in touch via call or text anytime during normal business hours and obviously after hours if there is an emergency. When you put someone in charge of taking care of your precious investment, you will quickly realize how important grade-A communication and quick responses are.

Agreement

We operate on a flexible, month-to-month basis with no long-term contracts. We also don’t impose restrictions on how often you can use your home. Many of our owners visit their properties regularly, and we’re happy to accommodate your schedule. Simply let us know through our online portal, and we’ll block off your dates and prepare the home for your stay.
